Payments

Can be made in any of the following ways:

Online Via www.scribbler.co.uk

Telephone Call us on 020 7434 0527 with your order. We can check the goods are in stock and take your payment details over the phone

Post Pay by cheque or postal order. Print off the order form and enclose this with your payment for the full amount, in the case of a cheque please include your guarantee card number with the expiry date,  made payable to Scribbler.  Post to Scribbler Web Site Orders, 104 Wardour Street, LONDON, W1F 0TP. 

Please make sure you enclose your full name, address, post code and a contact telephone number. Cheque payments will take five working days to clear, as soon as your cheque has cleared we will despatch the goods.
We cannot accept cheques in payment for deliveries made outside the UK
All orders are to be paid for before they are delivered
All credit and debit card payments are processed through RBS WorldPay our secure online payment company please see paragraphs on security and privacy.

Delivery

Availability
We try to keep our stock as up-to-date as possible if, in the unlikely event that these have sold out, we will inform you immediately either by e-mail or telephone with the choice of an estimated delivery date or the selection of a substitute item. The majority of the goods shown on our website are normally available through our shops.
Scribbler reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or discontinue products at any time if the circumstances are reasonable.

Return something?
Please let us know immediately if your goods arrive damaged. Once you have spoken to us, return the goods to Scribbler Web Site Returns, 104 Wardour Street, London W1F 0TP and we will either replace the goods or issue a refund. We will require proof of posting so we can refund your postage costs.

Changed your mind?
We hope it won't happen but if you change your mind and for some reason don't want the goods you have ordered, please return the goods to us, unused, untouched and in the original packaging to Scribbler, Web Site Returns, 104 Wardour Street, London W1F 0TP within 14 days of the date of the original order. We will not refund the cost of postage for these returns.

Please include your order receipt with any returns. When we have checked the condition of the returned items and are satisfied they have been returned to us in the same condition they left us, we will refund you the cost of the goods.

In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit/debit card for a purchase at SCRIBBLER, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to £50.00. You should contact your bank directly before any purchase is made if you are concerned about your liability.
If you remain concerned about the security of your details, we welcome payment by cheque or postal order.

We shall not disclose any information about you or your activity on our website to any third party. Information is only gathered for the purposes of managing your interaction with our website and the processing of your order.
